Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology (T4) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Contract, awarded by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), is a $12 Billion ceiling IDIQ contract vehicle that will be used to transform the VA ́s Information Technology (IT) programs resulting in improved quality of health care and benefits services to Veterans, their families and survivors.

The T4 Contract Offers 166 Labor Categories and Spans Work In The Following Areas:

Program Management, Strategy, Enterprise Architecture and Planning Support, Systems/ Software Engineering, Software Technology Demonstration and Transition, Test & Evaluation (T&E), Independent Verification and Validation, Enterprise Network, Enterprise Management Framework, Cyber Security, Operations and Maintenance (O&M), Training and IT Facilities.

Praveen Singalla - Vice President of Strategy & Consulting

A Visionary IT/Business Strategist & Value driven Executive’ with over a decade of diversified experience in delivering successful programs across both Private and Public sectors. Praveen Singalla's core expertise is rooted in developing innovative, fact-based, realistic solutions and performance based operating models to bridge business demands with robust IT strategies. He is known by his clients and peers as the ‘Trend Setter’ for solving complex IT/Business challenges through the use of innovative technologies and industry proven business practices.

Additionally, his areas of expertise and experience include: Business Analytics, Business Process Re-engineering, Contract Management and Administration, Quality Management, and Project/Program Management in both Federal and Commercial Markets. Mr. Singalla is a certified Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master, Certified Six Sigma Green Belt Professional and holds the ITIL v3 Foundations certificate. Pankil Patel - Director of Programs

Pankil Patel is a knowledgeable & culture-changing Director of Programs with Aurotech. He has 15+ year of experience supporting the Federal Government, Local Government, Fortune 500 Companies, and Non-Profit Organizations. Patel’s drive, passion, and analytical mind make him ideally suited for the Information Technology profession.

He is a quality-focused and dynamic staff leader who is knowledgeable in all facets of corporate operations from business development to service delivery, and a catalyst for driving new business with the company. Patel’s work quantifiably impacts internal productivity, efficiency and ensures corporate profitability.

As the Director of Programs, Patel oversees all Aurotech Programs, Resources and Delivery Activities throughout the firm. He is instrumental in guiding and executing the firm’s strategic vision and continued growth.

Patel is a graduate of Virginia Tech University and is an avid supporter of the school. His personal interests include music, watching any and all sporting events, and being a father to his two children.

He also has a passion to provide educational opportunities for under-privileged children. 

He believes, “If you get….give; If you learn….teach”.

Rajesh Sripada - Director of Business Intelligence

As Director / Program Manager of Business Intelligence, Rajesh Sripada manages the implementation and development of Business Intelligence (BI) Solutions. Sripada’s work experience includes providing strategic solutions for advancing BI at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). His responsibilities at Aurotech are specific to the growth of Business Intelligence and encompass business development, client relations and overseeing the tools and training needed to meet Aurotech’s consistently growing needs in information technology.

Sripada was instrumental in introducing the latest BI tools at the FDA – including visualization, data exploration and self-service reporting tools. He also incorporated a powerful in-memory backend for faster reporting performance. Sripada leads the FDA project and oversees full life-cycle development. As the lead, he is responsible for the project teams – from planning through execution – while specifically establishing applications requirements, user interface security/design and application risks.

Sripada is consistently recognized for technical delivery, performance and a superior focus on customer loyalty, technological refresh strategy, and data quality management.

Prior to Aurotech, Sripada spent 9 years at Information Innovators Inc (formerly known as GlobalNet Services Inc) supporting the FDA as both the lead and manager of Business Intelligence projects. Sripada has a proven record of identifying, strategizing and managing implementation solutions. His strengths include big data solutions, i.e. SAP HANA, healthcare solutions, web traffic analytics, software technologies, and end-to-end product introduction and enablement. His product skills include various BI tools from SAP, Tableau and Qlik Sense.

Sripada’s education includes a MS degree in Applied Information Technology from Towson University in MD, a diploma in International Business from Philadelphia University in PA, and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Wollongong, Australia.

Hetal Patel is the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Aurotech, Inc. His primary focus is on leading the strategic growth and direction of the firm, while ensuring the highest level of customer and employee satisfaction. With his strategically aligned team and advisory board, Patel continues to pursue opportunities in niche markets – Portfolio and Work Management Solutions, eDiscovery and Litigation Support, Mobility, Social Media, DevOps, Healthcare, Drug Lifecycle Tracking Application (DLTA), 

Patel, along with his senior management team, work closely with federal government clients and industry partners to deliver on Aurotech’s promise of quality, high value solutions and performance. Our goal is to help customers realize their mission. Patel is well respected in the IT community for his commitment, integrity, professionalism and contribution to the industry.

Prior to founding Aurotech, Patel held positions at TCS India, CSC, Oracle and Ernst & Young serving as a systems architect and technologist. Over the years at these firms, he developed key disciplines of leadership and management. Patel was responsible for winning many key accounts while at E&Y. It was while working there that he conceived the idea of Aurotech. He believed in a simple philosophy - "If you can do it for someone, you can very well make it work for yourself." Thus, Aurotech has conducted business since 2006.

Early on, he dedicated time to understanding the culture, markets, FAR guidelines, importance of certifications and understanding the challenges facing the government. In December 2006, Aurotech won its first prime contract and entered the mainstream market.

Patel has earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Mumbai, India. On a personal front, Patel concentrates on promoting growth among uneducated parents and youth within the community. He has begun working with a non-profit organization to educate people through the use of technology. His hope is that this new knowledge will restore their hope, enlighten them and help pave the way for a brighter future. “You make a living by what you get, but you make a life by what you give."
